I am trying to setup folder synchronization.
I get this error when testing the account:
No mailboxes found to synchronize
What am I missing. I have setup the security for the Account on the Exchange side.
Does folder sync only work with the Plugin or can I use it with the web interface?

Never mind it looks like this is not supported.....
we have 25 exchange servers pointing to one central archive server......

What is your setup exactly? Are you running Exchange 2000/2003 or 2007

25 Exchange 2003 Servers pointed at 1 Journal Mailbox
1 MA6 Server With Exchange 2003 hosting the Journal Mailbox
1 SQL2005 x64 DataBase Server

This issue has been fixed in build 20080924 (SR1)
Please follow the following steps:
- Stop GFI MailArchiver Core Service
- Open \GFI\MailArchiver\Core\Data\product.config
- Add the following key:
<add key="UMPollingSkipExchangeCheck" value="true" />
- Start GFI MailArchiver Core Service
- Perform a User Mailbox Synchronization Test to ensure that Mailboxes are retrieved this time.

I am still getting this....

That means that it is giving a timeout while synchronizing items
I suggest you increase the timeout from 10 to 30minutes
Once the whole synchronization has been done you should revert the timeout to 10 again
You can increase the timeout setting from Core\Data\ExPollingSettings.xml
change the value for MonitorPollingDelay
default is 10 (minutes)
You need to restart the GFI MailArchiver Core Service for this value to take effect
