Licensing question

Status: online 		Hi, we have recently exceeded our license count in MailArchiver and are currently in the process of obtaining additional licenses.  My question is what will happen once the grace period expires?  Will MA continue to archive email for the users who were added before the count was exceeded or will it stop archiving for all users?

Status: offline 		Hi RGagne,

Once the grace period expires, new emails will not be archived. You will still be able to browse and search old emails. Once you acquire a new license, the emails received after the license expiry will be archived - that is, you do not loose any emails.
