Is there any installation manual for Latest Service Release of GFI MailArchiver 5: SR1 (Build 20080411) .
I have tried to upgrade my existing version 5 on Windows 2003 and install a brand new installation on Windows 2008 and both fail and simply undo all actions.

What error does GFI MailArchiver report during the installation? The installation for this release is the same manual for all builds of GFI MailArchiver 5. This installation manual can be found here: http://support.gfi.com/manuals/en/mar5/mar5manual.1.13.html

What about Windows 2008 server specific manual?
I have a Windows 2003 SP2 64 Bit with Exchange CAS/HUB/Mail running on it. I had v5 of MA running just fine. Then i installed this SR1... it un-installed v5 and start to install SR1 it goes through a series of steps and than the Copying New files staus is displayed. Just as it is about to reach the end the Roll Back of all Actions starts.
It also deletes the GFI directory created within c:\program files and hence no logs are kept.
Any ideas?
It does this on my Windows 2003 server which had MA v5 running on it and also does this on fresh installs of Windows 2008 without any Exchange roles and with Exchange roles.
As i have tested this on 5 servers now i do not believe the issue is on my end.

If you open %temp% from your run prompt you should see a file called "marc5_x64.log". This is the installation log. Can you post this here?

Its 4.9MB in size uncompressed and 300K compressed. Do you have an e-mail address i can e-mail it to?

This case was resolved by downloading a fresh installation package and reinstalling.
