GFI WebMonitor 2009 has been released. The following is a list of known issues that we have discovered in the product, or issues which may occur during the upgrade: - When the user opens the configuration, he may receive the error "Configuration is locked, please try again later. If the problem persists please restart the GFI WebMonitor service."
- Upon upgrading, there are certain situations wher the new GFI WebMonitor 2009 license key is not accepted in the GFI WebMonitor user interface.
- To solve this, press CTRL-F5 in the Licensing page. This issue is expected to be addressed in SR1.
- When WebMonitor is installed, and a user tries to download an attachment from Gmail (and possibly other internet mail systems such as Yahoo mail), the download status window will not be shown, and the attachment is never downloaded.
- The user can solve this by right clicking on the link to the download, and selecting either "Open in New Tab" or "Open in New Window".
- If the client who is upgrading WebMonitor is using an ISA Array, the upgrade should occur as follows:
- Un-install WebMonitor from all the members of the ISA array.
- On each ISA Array, install WebMonitor in the same directory as the previous installation.
- On each WebMonitor installation, edit DownoadingPage.html as documented in:
