I didn't see any posts on this and I'm not sure it's available but can you check outbound mail against the keyword list?

No, since this works at the smtp gateway for your smtp server. Mail going outbound connects to the recievers smtp server, so ME would never see it. You may want to look at Mail Security which works on the exchange level for inter-office and other restrictions. This would work there. Gfi has an ME/MS bundle for about 75% the price.
