Keyword Checking not working

Status: offline 		Hi all,

Our Keyword Checking is not working properly.

I've entered the word "Viagra" in the subject list of keyword checking.
But messages are still getting through in my mailbox, where it should be filtered and sent directly to the spam folder and not my inbox.
I've checked the whitelist, there is an entry check mime from and my e-mail address is entered in the whitelist.

How do I solve this problem?

Who do the messages appear to be comfing from?  A lot of the Viagra messages are spoofed messages and would appear to be from you.  If this is the case the whitelist entry with your mime from address would be allowing this message in.

Thanks for your reply.

The messages are from different senders with japanese e-mail addresses.
Today I got some with rolex and replicas (2 words also in keyword checking list) in the subject.

Would it be wise to remove my address from the whitelist?

I would recommend removing your address and/or domain from the whitelist.
