Can you check if you have any emails in the FailedMails folder?

Check this kb article: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID003263

Nicks & Benvincenti,

I don't seem to find the 'failedMails' folder may be because I have uninstalled MailSecurity for now. ( I needed to restart mail flow as soon as possible. I have MailEssentials installed on my other Exchange server (hosting transport, mailbox & Client access roles) and seems to be working ok.

I need to find out what went wrong before I reinstall mailSecurity. Please help

ligomekad,

Please upgrade to the latest GFI MailSecurity Service Release 10 (build 20090819) which can be downloaded from http://software.gfi.com/mailsecurity10.exe as this should resolve your issue.

Should the issue persist, kindly submit a support request at http://support.gfi.com/supportrequestform.asp . This will create a support ticket and you will be contacted regarding your issue as soon as possible. This will be a lot more thorough.

Regards,
Ben Vincenti
