After reading the manual and knowledge base articles to no avail...I thought I would reach out for help.  The issue that I'm running into is in the Archive Storage.

It seems that the person who originally configured this set everything to go to the default database...He also created other databases in firebird instead of SQL to follow in yearly format, but there haven't been any archived emails going to those databases.  How do I change that?

Also I've found out that on a test that I've put 3 domain users in the "Archive only for the users listed below" and it turns out that everyone inside the domain has been archived as well as the three I listed.  Any ideas on how to fix these issues?

kaitabi,

If you would like to change the database that items are being archived into you would go to Archive Stores and change the active store to the database of your choice.  What build of GFI MailArchiver are you using?

kaitabi,

We have multiple builds of GFI MailArchiver 5.  If you go to the version information node it will list that it is version 5 and will provide you with a build number as well.
