Hi,
Please check:
1. If Date has been altered as MBS is saying.
2. If the GFI MailEssentials Attendant service is running.
3. If GFI MailEssentials 8 was installed in evaluation mode previously.
If the above are all ok then I suggest emailing support@gfi.com with your problem.
