Hi Everyone,
First of all thank you Jan for resolving the issue that I had. Now I have another issue and it is we users sends email to each other internally the email takes 20 mins to 1 hrs.
I have my own filter for the conten checking. In that I populate the subject of the emails that I do not want and also I extract some words or web links from the emails that users do not want to see them. Since I started to do so progressivly the internal email started to delay. Currently just to check I have disable all the filters and the email flows smoothly.
Can anyone please provide me some kind of solution, or it is going to be like that because of the filter.
I do not want to check internal emails, I just want to check the emails that are outside of my domain (for example abc.com). I have enable this filter for incomming mails only not for out going, but still seems like it is checking each and every email.
Any kind of hightlights on such matter will be appreciated.

Hello SS_Shine,
I am a little bit confused.
You state that you have Content Checking rules configured and these rules slow down the delivery of internal e-mail. Correct?
This would mean that you are using a very old version and build of MailSecurity. Can you tell me the version and build you use?
MailSecurity 10 will not check internal e-mail except for viruses when Information Store Protection is enabled (no content checking is performed on internal e-mail).
Could your VSAPI Settings be causing the issue? Can you tell me your VSAPI Settings (found under the Information Store Protection section)?

Hello Sunny,
That would mean that MailSecurity Content Checking does not check your internal e-mails unless you deliver all e-mail via SMTP.
Normally internal e-mail will not be send via SMTP.
You might want to upgrade your MailSecurity installation to Build 20080404: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID003327.
