If you insist on using MailEnable as well, I'd tackle it something like this: Configure MailEnable to use alternative port, eg 26. Install and configure IIS SMTP VS on port 25. Install ME and configure. Configure IIS SMTP to forward inbound email to localhost, port 26. Configure MailEnable to forward outbound email to localhost, port 25. As an alternative, install ME on the Exchange server, but you won't be taking advantage of reducing the load on MailEnable.
