The following error is displayed during installation:

Error1720: There is a problem with the Windows Installer package. A Script requierd for this install to complete could not be run.

Any hintes ?

Ralf,

Ensure that you are installing WebMonitor locally and that you are not installing remotely.

Can you please send me the installation log of Webmonitor? This should be in the same location from where you have run the installation file.

Can you please send me the system information
for your machine?

a. Go to Start -> Run
b. Type "msinfo32 /nfo c:\gfinfo.nfo"
c. Wait till the system information is gathered. You will notice that this if finished by checking the size of c:\gfinfo.nfo. When this file changes (becomes greater then 0K), the information has been saved.
d. Please zip up and send me "c:\gfinfo.nfo"

Send the files to support@gfi.com and reference the url of this thread in your mail.
