In general, your descriptive post in the forums is enough for us to determine the issue, reproduce, and provide a solution. There will be cases though where we will need more information from your installation to better understand the details of your task configurations, or conditions. These details are saved in .GBT and .LOG files for each task. You can find these files in the Tasks subfolder, usually "C:\Program Files\GFI\GFI Backup 2009 - Home Edition\Tasks\[username]". If we request for them, please send these files by email to supportbackup@gfi.com together with a detailed description of your issue. Any additional information related to your configuration will help us get to the bottom of the issue faster. Such information would include operating system version, if it is x64 or x86, free hard disk space etc. Please enter in the mail subject "GFI Backup support forum" and in the body message give a link to the thread where we requested the files. Emails that don't comply with the above rules might be ignored. Sometimes, for better understanding we encourage you to send a screenshot as well (this is optional) but always send the GBT and LOG first. To make a screenshot, hit the "Print Screen" key while the error message or any other problem is clearly visible on the screen. Thanks, Eugen
