Hi All, Newbie here so I'm probably missing something obvious.... I'm trying to import all users emails from before 6th August when I installed the evaluation of MA (which we have since purchased). The wizard has stopped just after about 2000 emails and complained that a large no. of records have failed as they are outside the date ranges covered by the database configured. I've gone through all the settings I can find, but can't work our where to enter the dates. Any Ideas ??? Regards Greg

Greg, This is referring to ..\Program Files\GFI\MailArchiver\MAIS\Unclassified. When this folder gets 500 items in it the import will pause until this is resolved. When messages are attempted to be imported that fall outside of the date range of your Import Service Configuration the messages are placed in this folder. What date ranges do you have configured in the Import Service Configuration?

Hi Greg, A switch of /iepf might help to collect emails prior to your installation of MA. Goodluck
