Importing Email Already once Imported

Status: offline 		I initially imported approximately 100,000 emails as a test and then deleted the SQL DB that held these emails since I wanted to create another DB. When I try to import the same emails it appears it will only import the newest messages and ignore the message that were previously imported even though I deleted that DB.  Is there a way around this?
