As per Rodions suggestion, to export all mail to pst's and then bring it back in again.

This is inappropriate for our firm and I daresay many other firms. We would lose about 10GB due to losing the Single Instance Storage. The suggested method is not a work around, it is a bodge. This means that the promise of smaller Exchange stores and reduce backup times et al are nonsense.

There are some serious design flaws here.

Are we really just Beta Testers?

Hey Johnny,

What do you expect for $399? [Big Grin] This is a very inexpensive product and it does what it does fairly well. There are other products out there that do much more, but at a much higher cost.

I'm currently considering this for some clients in place of solutions upwards of $8k.
