Hello there!

I have just upgraded from ME9 to ME10. Now the filter doesnt cath anything. The monitor doesnt show anything since before the upgrade. I cant use the reporting tool, it just states that it is disabled because there is no data.

To test it I have added a hotmail account that I use to the black list, and entered lots of viagra info in the mail. Doesnt catch it :-(

Its installed directly on an exchange 2000 server with the smtp option.

Zulan,

Please go to the GFI MailEssentials directory. locate the file 'start_snks.cmd' and double-click on it to run it.

Ensure that the IIS SMTP service is started and check whether you can now see the mails passing through the GFI Monitor.

When I checked the virutal servers within exchange, they where not started after the upgrade. Starting them seemed to fix the problem.
