I can't download attachment from hotmail,yahoomail and gmail

i'm facing a problem trying to download any attachment from hotmail , yahoo mail and gmail i use the following
windows server 2003 R2 SP2
ISA 2006
GFI Web Monitor 4 build 20080226

from ISA log i reveived this error

is it related to GFI web monitor or ISA2006

Status: offline 		This is likely a GFI WebMonitor issue - does it happen for all attachments, or just certain types?

and yes any attachment file type doc ,xls , jpg anything
i find something , when i disbale the (GFI WebMonitor4 filter) in ISA2006 Add-ins web filter section , i can download  and no errors come up

Status: offline 		Will you please open a support request online at http://support.gfi.com/Support/support.aspx?lcode=en so we can obtain a full set of debug logs and assist you with this trouble?

Also, would you be willing to upgrade to GFI WebMonitor 2009 SR2?
