IP Whitelist dont work

Status: offline 		GFI Mail Essentials 12 on the Exchange Server 2003 SP 2

I would add the IPs of our Backup MX but when I try to add the IP I get the Error Message:
An attempt was made to an unsupported operation. Es wurde versucht eine nicht unterstützte Operation durchzuführen.

What can I do to add the IPs of our Backup Mx.
