I have an ongoing call with the support guys, but unfortunately I am being dealt with by the french support team. I have given all the necessary info they require and have basically been blanked fr the last two days after giving the actual error message and build number.
This is the second time I have had problems with the french support team.
My problem is that when I click on "Show Email" on the Remote Moderator I get a page display problem. The IIS shows an error on the virtual directory for Remote moderator.
How do I cure this problem???
