Hi,

in our company we are useing webmonitor 4.x for a quite long time now.
i`am new in this company and i have never user gfi webmonitor before.
now, i am suppost to delete old user entrys from the program. inside the webmonitor i could see any option which could help me, so i think i have to delete those entry from the database (in our case mysql 2005).
i was searching the database (also iam not an expert in dbs) i could find anything regarding this issue.

maybe somebody could please help me to solve this problems.

Is this in regards to the licensed users, or the reporting database?
For a licensed user issue - restarting the Microsoft Firewall service should help.
