Hi

Latest ME (200707) on Exchange 2003 SP2 with Swedish Outlook clients.

After the summer vacations I've noticed that alot of spam e-mail addresses has populated the Whitelist. I strongly suspect that this is because of Out of Office (OoO) replies.

How do I prevent this?

Did some searching and noticed that I've asked for this before too, but nothing have happened:
http://forums.gfi.com/m_900747886/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm#900747938

As I've already mentioned, Outlook in a certain language (in my case Swedish), may generate OoO subjects in both English and Swedish:
"Frånvaro, autosvar:"
"Out of Office AutoReply:"

On top of this, it is quite common that MS Office exists in different languages within the same organization. There's also MUI's, making the need for multiple strings even more clear.

I guess ME still doesn't support multiple strings in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GFI\ME12\Config\awx_outofoffice registry setting?

This means that there's no way of preventing the Whitelist to be populated with spam addresses! Please fix this.

Frelisb,

Instead of posting this in all of the threads possible may I suggest posting your feature request for the next release of GFI MailEssentials in http://forums.gfi.com/GFI_MailEssentials_%26_Feature_Requests/m_900760762/tm.htm instead.  This is a thread that is being monitored for requests and your request should be directed there.  Thanks.
