I am running latest version of ME and the way I set it up is to forward all spam email to user Junk E-Mail folder for them to sort it out. That works out well for real user, but for Public Folder Email enabled I am still seeing tons of spam emails go to public folders. I even checked the box "Enable Public Folder Scanning" and setup Public Folder Via "WebDAV" and when I do a TEST, it returns " WebDAV configuration test was successful" and then when I click on Scan Now it returns "WebDAV folder scanning will be performed in the background" So with all of that above, I am assuming that my configuration and setup is correct, so why in the world the public folders still receving tons of spam emails? So when I look at the log file PFolder.gfi_log.txt I see this: 2008-08-18,08:04:34,506,3,"#000004d8","#000007dc","info ","PFolders","PollRefreshContext: refresh is needed[58214188][57985325]" 2008-08-18,08:04:34,506,3,"#000004d8","#000007dc","info ","PFolders","RefreshContext: >>" 2008-08-18,08:04:34,506,3,"#000004d8","#000007dc","info ","PFolders","RefreshContext: retrieving timeout value..." 2008-08-18,08:04:34,506,3,"#000004d8","#000007dc","info ","PFolders","RefreshContext: retrieving enabled value..." 2008-08-18,08:04:34,506,3,"#000004d8","#000007dc","info ","PFolders","RefreshContext: settings - interval[7200000], enabled[0], spamtokfile[C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\MailEssentials\Data\spam_tmp.tok], hamtokfile[C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\MailEssentials\Data\ham_tmp.tok]" 2008-08-18,08:04:34,506,3,"#000004d8","#000007dc","info ","PFolders","RefreshContext: loading local domains..." 2008-08-18,08:04:34,506,3,"#000004d8","#000007dc","info ","PFolders","RefreshContext: local domains loaded[1]" 2008-08-18,08:04:34,506,3,"#000004d8","#000007dc","info ","PFolders","RefreshContext: <<" 2008-08-18,08:04:34,506,3,"#000004d8","#000007dc","info ","PFolders","Process: processing is disabled" 2008-08-18,08:04:34,506,3,"#000004d8","#000007dc","info ","PFolders","Process: entering wait state..."
