Status: offline 		hello to all aid problem with instacion of the agent in some equipment all I do not leave error image that gives the message

this it is the error iamgen is not read it that this but this is the text

type : update
message: Failed to connect to the remote registry(Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation)

in order to install the agent, EPS4 must be able to write to the registry of the target machine. But if you get this message, one of two things are the reason for this:

1. The remote registry service is not running on the target machine.
2. The User under which EPS is attempting to install the agent does not have sufficient rights to write to the registry of the target machine, or can not logon over the network.

Status: offline 		thanks for the answer but the installation this being realized with the administrator of the dominion and the problem is not in all the equipment just a few exists another form to install can be manual in the same equipment and not from the console

Status: offline 		a commentary but is that it only executes by IP of the equipment and by  Name I do not mean putting \ \192,168 ******.   \ c$


but by name

\ \ name equipment.   \ c$ DES this form does not execute
