GFI faxmaker auto printing error

we have the faxmaker version 14.3 it is currently sent to auto print to our canon printer and staple. We are finding that anything 3MB+ does not auto print. However you can go in manually and print and it gets printed out just fine. Does anyone know what we can do to fix this?

I don't know is this solution possible for you but.
I use for printing standard driver from OS in my case because I use HP printers -- HP LJ III driver.

You may want to try printing directly to the printer as opposed to spooling to the printer. Also, make sure you have the most up to date drivers for this printer. What is the version and build of GFI FAXmaker that you are currently running (you can find this in the GFI FAXmaker configuration under general, version information, properties)?

latest driver update (our IT guys stated he updated to 8.62 from 7.02) I don't understand all this I am not not in the IT dept :)

What is the build number you are currently running of GFI FAXmaker 14.3? You can find this by navigating to general, version information, properties in the GFI FAXmaker configuration.
