Environment: Exchange 2007, SP1. GFI Mail Security 10, build 20090526. I have a client that sent an email with a large attachment, and the email was never received. The attachment was 25MB in size. I checked the send connector limit, and it is set to 30MB, so this is not the issue. After searching the tracking logs I found: EventID: FAIL Source: Agent SourceContext: GfiAVRoutingAgent The lovely part is that the message is not in the failed mails folder, nor was any sort of error sent back to the sender. In short, the message has just disappeared. So, where did the message go and why is it failing the message? Has anyone else observed this issue? Cole.

ColeMaddox, If a module is failing a copy of the mail should be placed in: ..\GFI\ContentSecurity\MailSecurity\FailedMails Can you reproduce the issue by sending the same email again? If so, it will be worth enabling the debug mode, reprocess the email and check the logs for error messages. a) Browse to the ..\GFI\Content Security\MailSecurity directory b) Locate the file 'Enable Debug Mode' and run it. This will enable debug mode in MailSecurity.
