Hi GFI,
When can we expect a decent Reporting, please we are waiting for this.
Currently the ReportPack is not just enough, we need more detailed reporting please.

Hi Drew,
1. Detailed top 25/10 users (ex. badwidth cosume, time,)
2. Detailed top 25/10 websites (ex. badwidth cosume, time)
To be honest with you the design(view) of the ReportPack is not appealing also, maybe needs a little bit more effort on it I guest, don't get me wrong about this.
Maybe you can check also bt-Log*** and WebS****, those are more detailed reporting they got, but we already spend 36K for 1500 users on GFI WebMonitor so i guest we need to wait until GFI releases new WebMonitor ReportPack.

Currently, there is no ReportCenter or ReportPack betas being developed.

Could we at least get the Reportpack fixed so that I can customize the reports already included? By following the instructions given a couple of necessary steps are skipped by the config wizard...any custom report created is simply another named version of the one your customizing...
I am using ReportCenter 3.5 Build 20071009, updater says its the latest version.

I contacted support several months ago about this issue, and they stated that it was a known problem and didn't have a resolution for it. Basically, you right click a report (any report) select customize, the Customer Report Wizard window appears. Click Next, select a name for the new report, then select your date range, then....finish...no option to select a user, group or IP address for the report. In the instruction manual it shows a window for selecting an IP address (username), that screen never appears...it bypasses it.
I mistated earlier, If I go to options/version information it says I have Reportpack 4.0, build 20080610. If I go to Help-check for the lastest version on the web it says ReportCenter 3.5 build 20071009.

No, its been awhile. Its easy enough to verify though by running the ReportPack Customize option on any of the built in reports...

That option works for me on my test environment. Many issues with the report pack / report center can be fixed by uninstalling / reinstalling both the Report Pack and the Report Center. That may resolve this issue for you.

Your able to select an IP address/username in a customizable report? hmmm I will try that this weekend and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the speedy replies.
