GFI PST Exporter fails

Status: offline 		SBS2003 Server Standard / Sophos Anti-Virus

Hi I am attempting to use the console to deploy the PST export agent but it fails with every computer. All the PC's are XP Proand I have altered the domain firewall group policy to allow the relevant ports through, forced the GPO update and confirmed that the exceptions have been added to the machies but deployment still fails with the error below:

Status: offline 		Do you have any other applications that are running on this client machine on port 8096? You can check with the netstat -ano command to see if this port is in use.  Does your Sophos antivirus doing any port blocking?  This could also be an issue and you may want to try disabling it to see if this helps.
