If your server is Exchange 2007, run the e2k7wiz, otherwise run start_snks. Both can be found in the ME folder somewhere.

Hello NMartins, What was the result of running the start_snks.cmd file? Can you also try the following: 1) Go to ../Windows/System32 in a command prompt 2) Run the command: regsvr32 ole32.dll 3) Restart all GFI MailEssentials services If there still is no processing of e-mail by GFI, please gather troubleshooters as indicated below: 1. Set registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\gfi\ME14\config\debug to 1 (Should already be set) 2. Restart the GFI MailEssentials Attendant service and the IIS Admin service (and all the services it encompasses). (Only if you make a change to Step 1) 3. Run the GFI MailEssentials troubleshooter from Start, Programs, GFI MailEssentials, Troubleshooter. 4. Go to the installation directory of GFI MailEssentials and zip the support folder the Troubleshooter created. 5. Save your application and system event logs in EVT format and zip them with the support folder. 6. Please upload to our FTP server: FTP Server details: Host: ftp://ftp.gfisoftware.com User: gfi Pass: gfi911cust (If using Internet Explorer use ftp://gfi:gfi911cust@ftp.gfisoftware.com) a) Rename your .zip folder to something unique such as: Year_Month_day_name.zip before upload b) Login to the FTP server. d) Upload the directory with the troubleshooting files to the ftp server. NOTE: When the upload is finished, you will not be able to see the directory or the files. This is done to safeguard your privacy e) Send me an email to confirm that the files have been uploaded and the name of the directory. Thanks!
