I received this kind of error sent in the administrators email. Please help me. Thanks

GFI MailArchiver failed to transfer the archived emails into the backend database.
The following error message was reported:
The transaction has aborted.

I have Symantec Endpoint installed in the server but exclude the installation folder of GFI. Still problem persist. Please help.

Can you verify that the Distributed Transaction Coordinator service running?
