Hi, We're thinking of implementing GFi in our company (we're using Exchange 2003) and I would like to ask about the license for local email addresses. In our company, we have local email addresses, meaning they can't send or receive email from anyone who is not in the same domain. These local addresses account for half of the mailboxes in our company. My question is, how does this affect the licensing for GFi Mail Security as well as Mail Essentials? Since these email address will not have any contact with the outside. There's no need for them to go through the GFi Mail Essentials/Security server. Most probably we'll use an anti-virus that uses the VS-API provided by Microsoft in the Exchange 2003 server. Therefore do these mailboxes count in the licensing since they will not contact the GFi server at all? What can we do if we don't want them to count?? Thank you
