GFI Faxmaker 12 Problem the Printer doesn't work

i have got a Problem with my GFI Faxmaker 12 Client
it is installed on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server SP2

I can send fax per email but if i try to use the faxmaker printer im just getting this message
"FEHLER: Beim Senden der Nachricht ist ein oder mehrere unbestimmt Fehler aufgetreten. Es ist unbekannt, ob die Nachricht gesendet wurde."
its german but i hope u can help me

I allready reinstalled GFI Faxmaker Client but it doesn't help

The error you are getting is an issue opening a new email due to outlook.  Please test any document on the desktop and right click and send To>> Mail Recipient.  I would believe that you will get the same error.  This is usually resolved by running a repair on your MS Outlook install.

thanks for the answer

i tried to send an Mail Recipient and it doesnt work not with an error but nothing happend.

So i decided to repair Office like u said and everything works.
