GFI EventsManager does not distinguish Russian. What it is necessary to make, that it could be seen?

I'm not sure I understand you correctly but EventsManager has Unicode support, so it can collect events from machines with a Russian OS.
If you have a problem scanning these machines, can you please enable debug logging as per http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID002896, reproduce the problem, then run the troubleshooter (Start > All Programs > GFI EventsManager 7 > Troubleshooter) and send us the output files using this form http://support.gfi.com/supportrequestform.asp.

If this doesn't answer your question, can you please clarify what the exact problem is?

During installation it was possible to choose whether to install in 'ANSI' or 'Unicode' mode. If you installed in 'ANSI' mode, GFI EventsManager would not be able to make use of Unicode chanracters correctly.

Tried. Too most. And there can be a problem in a database?! Though GFI EndPointSecurity  works with it normally.
