GFI Eventmanager- No events are being captured

Status: offline 		Wer're trying to generate a default report(Account lockout) in GFI Eventmanager 8.01 But it's showing "No events are to be found". I have try to run all the default report under Account Usage but none of the report work.But now i have noticed something while browsing GFI Eventsmanager Event Browser. The last events captured is 21/06/2008 . That means no events are being captured after that date that while it cannot generate the report. When i do a custom date report before the 26-06-08 it work fine.  But while this is so. It was working fine and just suddenly we are having this issue. Pls help

Status: offline 		Typically, restarting the GFI EventsManager service can assist you with data collection again.  It is strongly recommended that issues of this nature be handled by our technical support department so we can address why the product stopped collecting events.
