Hello Forum,
after an Exchange-DB crash my GFI Mail Archiver didn´t work. I´ve got the following error in the application.log
Source: MAR4Core
EventID: 9001
Plugin Licensing Notifications reports exception.
Licensing: Failed
Using the Programm via Browser goes without a problem. But no new mails will be archived. I´ve checked all Options and verified the Serial-Key again. But the problem still exists.
Any suggestions?

Do you see messages being archived into the journal mailbox?

After checking all options, reapplying the serial key and restarting the GFI-Services the Archiver works as it should do. And all missing mails between these days were archived now.
