I've notice that generating reports no longer works with GFIM is there a switch that I need to turn on? I have the latest version installed. I have tested the current configuration via GFIM and it works it pass the test.

Can I get some help? I want to be able to see if GFIME is doing its job and without the reporting working it's hard to take proactive measure. I'm sure it's not exciting to have users swing by and complain.

Thanks

nhbill,

What error do you get when you attempt to run the report?  What type of report are you running?

It seems like GFIME is not logging anything so when I run a report for past 7 days it is blank. I ran the daily spam reports with no date range and it queries up everything from 1/2008 to 5/2008. It stop logging on 3/2008 to 5/2008 and the only thing I see is GFIME Total Processed and on 5/26/2008 the logging completely stop.

thanks

Please submit a support request for this at http://crm.gfi.com/Customizations/SupportIssue/support.aspx?lcode=en as we will need to take a look at logs and the original message to resolve this matter.

Same problem here.  New build and reports only shows a tiny amount of incoming mail as processed.
