Forwarding Address Setup - Interesting Issue

Status: offline 		Today I finally had some time to review the below errors that I see on our exchange server every now and then.  It appears that when a user has been configured with a Forwarding Address within AD and an email is routed to the Junk E-mail folder via GFI, the message will create the below event within event viewer.  Also, you will see the error(s) below within the exchange tracking log.  I dont know if this is an Exchange issue or GFI issue.  Does someone want to test this out?

A non-delivery report with a status code of 5.6.1 was generated for recipient rfc822;myoutsideaddress@isp.com (Message-ID trackinginfo@ourmailserver.com).

Status: offline 		good thing I dont give up.  I dug alittle deeper and found some of these stuck in the queue.  when I opened the .dat file it says the below.  appears from searching the internet that I possibly have to change the format message are sent to these external recipents

Diagnostic-Code: smtp;554 5.6.1 Body type not supported by Remote Host
