Is it possible to simply flag other languages (other than English) as spam rather than block them entirely?  Several users are getting Chinese junk e-mail showing up in their inbox.  We also however deal with Chinese customers and can not simply block all Chinese messages or add all of our customer's domains in our whitelist.  Any suggestions?

The action you specify in the Header check is what will happen to the character sets defined on the Languages tab.

There are a number of requests for more granular actions on the Feature Request thread. You may wish to add your support.

The only action is to block messages, when we have customers in China for example, won't this simply delete their messages along with the spam?  I was hoping for a flag as junk at least.  I guess this is not an option at this time...

By "action you specify", I mean the action on the Action tab.

Although the Languages tab says "Block mails that use these languages", it means "Perform the action on the Action tab for these languages", so if your action on the Action tab doesn't say Delete, the emails won't be deleted. Indeed, if you use the "Tag the email with the specific text", the email will be tagged.

Hope this helps.
