Hello All,

I have just found an alert from Mail Security stating this:

File category mismatch (Claimed extension "txt" - Claimed category "TXT" - Detected category "CATEGORY_UNKNOWN")

I made necessary changes in the registry according to http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID001922, but I do not understand what to do with this one.

The attachment is a text file containing a message header and message body.

I tried to send a help request but I've been getting a System Error page?

Thank you Patrizia,

I managed to send a help request and solved the problem with Ben Wyatt. I added [0] (for unknown file) to the txt file type in the "BlockByAssocExceptions" key. It should be ok now.
