Faxmaker new message form errors after selecting address

After selecting an address from the faxmaker new message form (Address coming from outlook 2000), the address is pulled into the TO: field but then immediately will get:

"FAXmaker Message Form has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I can manually add the fax number and then edit the info to add the name and company and it then WILL work.

Any ideas?

Is this occurring on multiple machines, or is it limited to one machine with this setup? Are you printing to the FAXmaker printer to open up the Outlook new message, or just opening the Outlook new message form and sending to a contact? Please elaborate on your send method.

Sorry for the lack of details, after a long day of troubleshooting (Had to rebuild this fax server from the ground up) I neglected to provide any details.

I can start the program by --> Start, programs, faxmaker client, fax message form.
I can enter a fax number manually and all is well

If i choose a fax number from by hitting the to button, it access my outlook email address book for an address. It pull's it fine, but the after a couple seconds it dies. I do have a fax number on the contact.

This does works with outlook 2000, does not with outlook 2003 or outlook 2007.

Client version: 20070112
Server version: 12-20070131

I am trying to get this client to upgrade the server, but at this time, they are just trying to pay the bills!

Hi,

Try downloading the latest version of the GFI FAXmaker Client. There was a similar issue on Outlook 2007 which was corrected in the builds after 20070717.

I am experiencing the same issue under Office 2007 while using Client software version 20070112. I am planing to download and use software version 20070717.

Do I need to do anything on the server or I just need to upgrade the client?

Do I need to upgrade all workstations to version 20070117 or just the ones experiencing the problem?

In particular, only the ones experiencing a problem should be sufficient.
