Hello,
i hope you can help me this time with my problem.
I have installed Faxmaker 12 client on a workstation in our network (WinServer 2003 SBS- Exchange, Windows XP SP2).
When i work with the client computer everything is working well when i give this user Domain-Admin rights.
I can create a word document and send it via Faxmaker printer (Faxmaker form).
When I set user rights for this user to "user" rights and i start to print from a word document via faxmaker printer, the fax form doesent appear and i cant send fax.
By tghe way, do you know how to change the "from:unknown" in the header of the fax to a name or a number?
I hope you can help me...

ShortyAtSky,
This seems like a pure permissions issue. Please make sure the user when in "user rights" mode has full access to the the Faxmaker directory, and to the Faxmaker registry values under hkeylocalmachine>>software>>GFI Fax and voice.

Sorry. As for the Unknown, this is not possible to change as it should be populated with the CSID of the sending party. If I buy a fax machine from walmart and do not run through the menu and tell it what my fax number is, then this will not be populated.

I have set ntfs rights to full access for everyone but i have forget the registry keys. are this the only registry key under "hkeylocalmachine>>software>>GFI Fax and voice" i have to edit?
Sorry, i cant understand you second reply. What is a CSID and so on. i cant follow you...

Update:
I have look up the configuration. all the gfi faxmaker registry entrys have full access for everyone and the folder security option for ntfs rights are set to full access for everyone to. so, that cant be the problem.
Habe you got an another idea JoeKern?
