Faxmaker SMTP 12 quit working on Friday. We have restarted all services and we still get this message in the faxmaker monitor - message transfer agent screen.

Error uploading report. Mail moved to undeliverable folder. Make sure you have set the Email2Fax Gateway mail server settings correctly.

I have opened a telnet session with our exchange 2003 server from our faxmaker server and sent a test message successfully. I have stopped the faxmaker services and renamed the smtp_in_log.txt file. Faxes are going into this folder on the faxmaker server - inetpub\mailroot\drop folder.

We still are having the error. I cannot see where any configuration changes have been made on Exchange or Faxmaker that would cause this problem.

We reinstalled the smtp connector and the software is now working. Thank you for your reply.
