Hello,
I am trying to fax from the server that FAXmaker Networks 11 is on.
I installed both the server and the client on the same machine. However, when I try to fax I get an error that the user does not exist.
Your thoughts?

You must go to the configuration manager to add user. And do a restart of faxmaker.

If using the 'networks' subsystem, make sure that the new user's name is the same as the Windows login name. Best is to import the user from Windows which can be done from the Licensed Users node of the FAXmaker configuration.

There is already an Administrator user. When I added the Administrator from Import from the server it just overwrites that one that is there already. I still get "Your user name was not found in the FAXmaker mailbox directory. Please contact....
