Hello
Fax Server does not send our faxes anymore.
Using Faxmaker 14.1 (installed on Windows 2003 SBS with Exchange), I've uninstalled it and tried installing Version 14.2 Build 20080703, but it did not solve the problem (rebooting the server did not change anything either).
When trying to send a fax, it never reaches the Queued Faxes list, files are directly put in the pending folder and we can see this error in the faxserver.gfi_log.txt log file:
2008-09-25,14:36:56,956,1,"#00000efc","#00001f58","error ","faxserver","faxsrvServerThreadProc::faxsrvOnScan error; generated an exception."
EDIT : one more thing, we're using a simple Olitec modem (I know it is not recommended), rebooting it did not change anything.
This is the third time we are facing this problem. The first two times, we had no other choice but to install Faxserver on another server to make it work again. We would appreciate to avoid that this time and to understand what's happening.
Any ideas would be great.
