This would not be suggested that you try to access the transmission report as it is being sent via SMTP because this can cause service hangs or other unfortunate results. Just like Antivirus, Backup, DEP, or other applications accessing the GFI FAXmaker processing directories, your application accessing the transmission report may have the same unwanted results. Reference: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID003317 In regards to your question: The Transmission report should be located for a brief time period in the ...GFI\Faxmaker\in directory before being uploaded. You can also view message upload status under the ...GFI\Faxmaker\logs\smtp_in_log.txt.
