FaxMaker Server not starting

We have been running FaxMaker 12 for the last 2 years with no problems at all. Last Friday, following windows updates restart, the fax maker server is not starting up and giving an error Local - Error. Stopped. The following is an extract from the faxserver.gfi_log.txt:

Can someone please help?

Please make sure that you have all your Antivirus exclusions set on the GFI directories (reference: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID003317)

Also, if you have any GUID strings (random character strings) in your licensed users of the GFI FAXmaker configuration, please remove them and restart the GFI FAXmaker services. If there are none, please implement the below registry entry:

Please navigate to HKLM\Software\GFI Fax & Voice\Faxmaker\Config\ and create a dword value of "GC". Set the value of this entry to "0" after creating. Restart your GFI FAXmaker services.
