FaxMaker 12 Client Crashes

FaxMaker 12 Client Crashes - 11.Sep.2008 9:44:25 AM

Status: offline 		We have a Windows XP SP2 machine with FaxMaker 12 running.  About a month ago it started to have a problem opening the faxmaker form.  This is a chronic intermittent problem but the only work around we have come up with is to reboot the computer or kill the sendfax.exe & fmstart.exe processes.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Computer:
Windows XP SP2
Office 2007

Please exclude the .\program files\GFI and .\program files\common files\GFI directories from your AV software on the workstation.

Status: offline 		I tried your suggestion we run eTrust AV and I made sure the process and the directories we excluded and still no joy.  Any other suggestions?

I would suggest under your OS system properties>>Advanced>>Performance.  Go the DEP exceptions and include the two files sendfax.exe and fmstart.exe in that list.

Status: offline 		Joe - Thanks for your suggestions but this is still an open issue.  I added the exe to DEP and no go.  Do you have anymore ideas?
