I upgraded my GFI WebMonitor 4.0 ReportPack to Build 20080610 and I'm having
an issue running 2 of the new reports (Browsing Time by Users and Browsed Sites by Users). I get a "Failed to get recordset for main report". Any insight in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi.

I think that issue because empty data from database.  Try when data are copied.

I have ran "Update Reporting Data Now" and I still have the same issue.

Does the data update complete successfully, or if you return to the page hours later, does it still indicate 'updating?'

I also encounter the same problem. The status message of GFI is still updating but it's been 16hours and the status message on GFI WEBMON reporting page is still updating.

Does GFI have a Manual or howto for a step by step configuration with reporting?

I would recommend opening a support ticket at http://support.gfi.com if your updates are still pending.  There may be some SQL configuration settings that need to be adjusted to match your network environment, or more severe trouble with GFI WebMonitor.
