Failed to download updates - 417 Error

The last 5 days, we're not receiving updates for all mailsecurity modules. The error email we get is the following:

Failed to download BitDefender Anti-Virus update files.
Date: 27/8/2009 2:03:43 pm
Server: XXXXXXX
Error details: Server response: 417 Expectation failed

The 417 error usually means a problem with proxy. Can you please tell us what domains mailsecurity uses to update its modules, so we can contact our ISP to check their proxy settings. We are in Europe.
