Well here is my issue... At this point I only have 3 users running the connector and having their mail archived, one being myself and another being my manager. When mail arrives to the journal account it does send a copy to my mailbox within my EXCH Store and another copy to the MA Store. That works great. Now i come to the point where I utilize the PST-Exchange Email Export tool. I run the tool on my mailbox first. I need to mention I only had about 170 emails in total inside my mail and only 3 folders, and one sub folder of a folder. The export worked great. It brought over all my emails which were in my mailbox that was received prior to implementing GFI MA. I am saying to myself, great this works wonderful, let’s now try my manager. I proceed to select his mail box which has about 4800 pieces of mail and a slew of folders and sub folders. I run the tool; it takes a decent amount of time. It does complete with no issues. Now I am really like wow this is a great product. i give the indexing some time, over night to be exact(about 14hours) and we take a look at his Outlook. Only a about 40% of the folders replicated over. it did however place the emails in folder that did not make it over into the archiver inbox, just did not create the folders and place them in the appropriate locations. A similar issue occurs when I create a folder within my Outlook. The User Mailbox Synchronization is not replication over to the MA mailbox. When i turn debugging on and read the UMPollRem.log file, I see that Archiver did notice the newly created files and the newly received emails which I moved into the folder. I have been in contact with support, which i might add is very very good. They suggest I try the HashGenerator, but that did not help. I also sent the troubleshooter files to them and still awaiting a response. If anyone has had or seen these issues your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike
